I discovered Linda in the last few months and she is currently my favorite instructor. I am slowly collecting all of her DVDS. They are no frills as far as the music goes but there is so much variety in her exercises that there is a significant difference each and every one of her workouts. Her use of resistance and compound moves is so effective that a half hour workout still packs a punch if that's all the time you have. Perfect for a busy schedule. I already have too many now to review at length so will copy this review for all of them and perhaps a few details to explain the difference.This workout emphasizes lengthening moves while still challenging you and feels great if you're stiff and feeling bunched up from a heavy duty workout the day before.
