I saw this on the Today show and figured I would give it a shot, I get bored with exercising so I like to try new things and this is so fun I actually look forward to doing it. The great thing is that it is only 30 minutes, I think it is great because I can fit it into my schedule and still get a great workout! It is true they don't give you great instructions but the movements are not that hard, anyone can pick it up.
